Design and develop core modules of the foreign trade ERP system, participate in microservices architecture evolution, and continuously optimise system performance. 3+ years of Java experience required; familiarity with Spring Boot/Cloud ecosystem essential.
Build and maintain PC and mobile interfaces for the 商邦客 (Shangbangke) CRM platform, contribute to the component library, and drive performance optimisation. Proficiency in Vue 3 or React required; strong engineering mindset expected.
Lead requirements analysis and product roadmap planning for 贝思 (Beisi) Software. Deep understanding of foreign trade workflows required to translate user needs into clear product specifications and drive end-to-end feature delivery.
Own interface design and user experience optimisation across the full cycle from user research to visual delivery. Figma proficiency required; prior experience with B2B SaaS products is a strong plus.
Drive new business development and sales conversion among large foreign trade enterprises in East China, define sales strategies, and achieve annual revenue targets. Experience in trade-sector or enterprise software sales is preferred.
Plan brand content and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including social media, industry expos, and online advertising to increase brand visibility and improve lead conversion rates.
Support the sales team with product demonstrations and requirements discovery. Solid knowledge of foreign trade business processes required, with the ability to independently design solutions and author proposal documents.
Manage renewal and upsell for key accounts. Drive customer satisfaction and product adoption depth through regular check-ins, health score monitoring, and targeted training programmes.
